Some photos from “Eldfesten” (Fire party) at folkets park, Malmö. This is an tradition that is more than 4000 years old and is not religious. Before there have been fires to jump over 11 of them so that you get fortune future. I guess the organisers got more organised and thinking of health and safety so this year it was just one big fire. And loads of rain. Some super nice music as well. Before I did leave it felt like a moshpit just down the stage this in a super rainy night.
If you haven´t been at Chaharshanbeh Souri (the fire party or Persian Fire Festival as wiki say) just do it next year.
